At Moon Over Negril Eco Community we will be completely self sufficient, running power from our own soft energy sources, which means that as a home owner, apart from very low water bills (used only in very dry periods) you will have NO utilities to pay, EVER! 

We will strive to develop as eco friendly a lifestyle as possible, we will build the homes and communal
areas from recycled natural materials and materials that have little or no impact to the environment. The swimming pools will be all natural and treated with no chemicals, and the entire resort will run 100% from renewable and soft energy making us completely self sufficient.
